If you have a A/C No. of FedEx, UPS.DHL, TNT etc. courier, please inform us with detail information of samples you need. We should send samples as soon as possible.Sample lead time: about 3-5 days If you don't have an courier A/C, you can ask a courier to collect samples from our company. You can check the sample as following International courier website: 2. How can I get detail product information ? Please send us email or fax and inform us the Type No. or describe the item in detail. We should make aprompt response. 3.How to order product with our logo or design? Please offer logo or design drawing file in .PSD,TIFF or AI format(>300dpi). Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. If you want to print your logo or design , please send us the necessary drawing documents. Our art designer should redesign it. We should send you the drawing and invoice in .jpeg by e-mail for your confirmation. Necessary information for your order:* Product information :type No., quantity,packing detail, if need print customerized logo or design. * Delivery time required * Transportation 5. What's your usual payment term for orders? T/T in advance,or Irrevocable L/C at sight. 6. What's the warranty of your products? We accept free swap inferior products. 7. Do you accept OEM projects?
